1 token equals K1 ZMW of commission. When a hire completes, the commission (daily rate × commission% × days) is deducted from your token balance automatically.

No. Tokens never expire. Top up whenever you need, use them at your own pace. Unused tokens carry over between plan changes.

Go to Token Account → click "Top Up Tokens" → enter the ZMW amount → make payment via MTN/Airtel/Bank → upload proof. Tokens are credited within 24 hours after admin approval.

You will receive a warning when your balance drops below 500 tokens. Hire processing may be paused if your balance reaches zero. Top up promptly to avoid interruptions.

Yes. Select a new plan and top up tokens if needed. Your existing token balance is always preserved regardless of plan changes.
