No. All data — vehicles, customers, hires, documents, accounting records — is kept permanently regardless of which plan you are on. Even if you stay on the free Starter plan, everything is preserved.
Yes. Starter is free and permanent. You can use it with up to 2 vehicles indefinitely with no time limit and no fees.
You get a 7-day grace period. During that time, all your vehicles continue to work normally. You can either upgrade to Growth (from K20/month) or remove the extra vehicles. After 7 days, vehicles over the limit are locked — but never the ones currently on hire.
A locked vehicle stays in your dashboard (greyed out) and remains fully editable, but it cannot be hired out and won't appear on the public booking portal. As soon as you upgrade your plan, every locked vehicle is unlocked instantly.
Yes — that's the whole point of Growth. Just add the vehicle in your dashboard. Your next monthly invoice will include K20 for that additional vehicle. No plan change needed.
It is fully protected. ZedCarHire will never lock a vehicle that is currently out on hire. Once the hire is marked as returned, the system will apply the lock on the next automated check.
We accept mobile money (MTN/Airtel) and direct bank transfer. Submit your proof of payment in the Subscriptions section of your admin dashboard, and the ZedCarHire team will activate your plan within a few hours during business days.
No contracts. Growth and Premium are billed monthly with no minimum term. You can cancel, downgrade, or upgrade at any time.
Starter allows 1 admin. Growth supports sub-user accounts. Premium allows up to 3 users. Enterprise is unlimited.
